River Village/Corran Riada, Athlone

Brief: River Village is located in Monksland two miles to the west of Athlone town. The development consists of around 250 homes of varied design arranged around the (newly formed) lake, by the river, or adjacent to grassy open spaces linked by footpaths that meander through the site.


Our involvement in the development included:
· surveying of the site
· Planning advice and submission
· preparation of construction drawings
· structural supervision during construction stage
· certification of the finished development
